The puppy you have purchased from Jenkins Cuddly Puppies is
guaranteed to be healthy at the time of purchase. The puppy will be
current on all vaccinations and deworming. The puppy needs to see your
Vet for a wellness checkup within 72 hours from the date you receive
your puppy. Please mail a copy of your vet’s wellness screen to us for
our record. This is mandatory to start your 1 year congenital guarantee.
We will give a new puppy if yours is found to have a congenital defect
within the first year, provided the Veterinarian statement is submitted to
me within ( 3 ) day’s of diagnoses. Jenkins Cuddly Puppies reserves the
right to have this statement reviewed and verified by another
veterinarian of our choice. We require the that the puppy & registration
papers be returned to us at the buyers expense before another puppy
will be given. If the buyer does not fulfill these requirements within 14
days of the offered exchange by Jenkins Cuddly Puppies, this agreement
is null and void, and Jenkins Cuddly Puppies is under no further
obligation to buyer. We do not give cash refunds.
This guarantee protects against genetic diseases only. We do not
guarantee against Low Blood Sugar, Ear mites, Floppy Ears, Worms,
Fleas, or ticks. All of these are treated by us while the puppy is in our
care. This agreement also does not cover Parvo, Distemper, Lepto,
Brucellosis, Coccidia, Giardia, Parasites, Kennel Cough, Pneumonia etc.
A pup that is administrated the bordetella vaccination will be done at
owners risk. It is Herby understood by both the buyer and seller, that the
purchaser is responsible for any and all vet cost after ________________
and that no other guarantees are made or implied by Jenkins Cuddly
Puppies except for those stated in this written agreement. The buyer
agrees that Jenkins Cuddly Puppies obligation ceases and this contract
is void if buyer does not continue vaccination series, fails to see a
qualified vet within 72 hrs. or deprives the puppy of any medical
treatment needed, or physically abuses puppy in any way.
We do not cover injury, illness or death caused by accidents or neglect.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe and healthy
environment. By taking ownership of this pup, I agree to abide by this
agreement.
This guarantee applies to the original buyer only. No guarantee is made
as to size, disposition, conformation, and or breeding ability.
